To download ProCite output styles and import filters you must agree to the following terms.

1. USE OF DOWNLOADED FILES
ProCite output styles, import filters and the user manual are provided solely for use by licensed owners of ProCite and with the ProCite product.

ProCite includes customization options that licensed individual and institutional customers can use to create new and modify existing ProCite style (.pos) and filter (.cfg) files for their personal use and to share with other licensed ProCite users for use only in conjunction with ProCite.

2. RESTRICTIONS
End users and institutional customers may not modify, translate, decompile, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute in any form or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopied, recorded or otherwise) the ProCite software. And, they may not translate, decompile, or reverse engineer any other component of the ProCite software without the prior written consent of Thomson Reuters.

3. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS OF THOMSON REUTERS
End User agrees that Thomson Reuters is the sole and exclusive owner of all rights in the ProCite product. ProCite is protected by United States copyright and other laws, as well as international treaty provisions, and End User must treat ProCite as any other copyrighted and legally protected material. All rights in the ProCite product not expressly granted herein are reserved by Thomson Reuters.
